Winton is rich in history from Waltzing Matilda and the early days of Qantas, to sheep and cattle grazing, to opal mining and finding evidence of Australian dinosaurs. We travel around town on this one hour bus tour - you will see historic sites and buildings and hear some of the history right back to the days of Pelican Waterhole.

Pick up from the Waltzing Matilda Centre and the Winton Outback Motel Only.

Departs: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (April to October) - days may vary accoring to operational requirements.

Duration: 1 hour
Time: 2.00pm - 3.00pm
Group Size: min 2-18 max (definitely a minimum of 2 guests but sometimes only a maximum of 14 guests)

NOTE: This tour does not include entry into any location in or around Winton.

Mobility Devices: We have limited space for mobility devices such as walkers and portable wheelchairs and scooters. Please email us if you need to bring one of these so we can make space for it.
